WHO WE ARE
Hawaiʻi-based real estate company delivering excellence for over 160 years
About Us
For more than 160 years, we’ve worked to honor place and create lasting value for the people and communities we serve in Hawai‘i and beyond. What began on Maui and O‘ahu with an early focus on the sugar cane industry has grown into the James Campbell Company (JCC), a Hawai‘i-based real estate firm rooted in our founder’s vision and carried forward over generations. Today, we manage a diversified portfolio of more than 22 million square feet of properties and over 2,500 acres of land across 10 states and Washington, D.C.
We invest in, develop and manage industrial, office, and retail properties, as well as ground leases. From shaping Kapolei as O‘ahu’s “Second City” to investing across the Continental U.S., our work is guided by integrity and kuleana, with a focus on long-term value and responsible growth.
