Ewa Beach, HI

The Element

In Q2 2026, we acquired The Element, a best-in-class multifamily property near our headquarters in Kapolei. This Class A, garden-style apartment community with 318 units is located in West Oʻahu — one of the fastest-growing regions in Hawaiʻi. The property sits just 500 feet from the Skyline Keoneʻae rail station and a half-mile from the University of Hawaiʻi – West Oʻahu campus. The Element marks James Campbell Company's first multifamily acquisition, further diversifying and strengthening the portfolio, and supporting the need for housing in West Oʻahu.

Westport

In Q3 2024, we acquired Westport Parkway Logistics Center, a two-building, 882,000-square-foot industrial portfolio in the thriving Dallas-Fort Worth metro. Built in 2020, these Class A+ buildings offer 32'–36' clear heights, ample power, and excellent connectivity via nearby highways, rail, and the BNSF Intermodal Facility and Alliance Airport. The property is fully leased to three creditworthy tenants, with in-place rents currently 33% below market, creating meaningful upside as leases turn over.

Houston, TX

Beltway Crossing Northwest

In Q4 2024, we acquired Beltway Crossing Northwest, a three-building, 663,000-square-foot industrial asset in Houston, complete with an excess land parcel entitled for 160,000 square feet of future development. The property is 100% leased to a strong roster of national and regional tenants, with in-place rents 27% below market providing built-in upside for future cash flow. Strategically located near major Houston freeways, the asset is well-positioned for regional distribution, and the additional land offers the opportunity for outsized returns from a low basis in a growing market.
