Kevin Penn

Kevin serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the James Campbell Company, LLC starting in 2024.  He is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in strategy, operations, and general management. He has held prominent leadership roles, including serving as Chief of Business Operations at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, where he led strategic planning and oversaw key operational functions. At Highwoods Properties, a publicly traded REIT, Kevin served as Chief Strategy & Administration Officer, driving a transformational strategy that included a portfolio overhaul and significant operational transformations, ultimately leading to exceptional shareholder returns.

With family ties to Hawaii and a graduate of Punahou High School, Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Boston University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He has held leadership roles in many civic organizations, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Rebuilding Together, and the Colorado Springs Tourism Board. He is also an active member of ULI, a national real estate industry organization.
