Claudia V. Walraven

Claudia V. Walraven is the Chief Operating Officer of the James Campbell Company, beginning in 2025. With more than two decades of experience in institutional investment management, Ms. Walraven most recently served as head of asset management of commercial properties for Kennedy Wilson, a $25 billion publicly traded company.

Prior to this, Ms. Walraven worked for Clarion Partners and was a principal at CBRE Global Investors. Her responsibilities have spanned oversight in acquisitions, portfolio management fund management, fund raising, investor relations, and asset management. She has completed over $11 billion in transactions throughout the United States.

Ms. Walraven holds an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Montana. She has also been involved in charitable work affiliated with The Center for Early Education and Brentwood Middle School in Los Angeles, California.
