Patrick A. Blasdell

Patrick Blasdell is a Partner and Managing Director at Bow River Capital, a diversified investment management company in Denver, Colorado. He is responsible for the strategic direction and initiatives of the Real Estate Group, including managing Bow River’s discretionary funds and sourcing strategic relationships. He is also a member of the company’s Management and Investment Committees, and Chair of the Culture Committee.

Prior to joining Bow River Capital, Mr. Blasdell was a Managing Partner at Stream Realty Partners, where he was responsible for the formation and growth of the Capital Markets Group and the creation of their Denver office. He was also a member of the Investment Committee.  He began his career in real estate as an Associate at Everwest Real Estate Investors, overseeing acquisition underwriting, due diligence and the arranging of debt and equity for commercial properties across the United States.

Raised in Waimea, Hawai’i, Mr. Blasdell attended Hawai’i Preparatory Academy, and earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University.
